When I first called Steve, he was already very polite and reassuring, especially as I was quite worried and unsure what to do. Thank you to the Polite team for turning up so quickly to check a possible blockage in my laundry. The gentleman who came was very polite and respectful, and even though it turned out to be a false alarm and the water was running nicely, he still carried out a thorough check to make sure nothing was missed. I really appreciated the helpful, professional service.

Amazing service! I had the unfortunate scare of a hot water cylinder making nasty noises on a Friday afternoon and they were able to come check it out within a couple hours. Very professional, friendly, and well priced. They will definitely be my first call in the future for all plumbing needs!

After we had a crack in our porcelain sink, Steve did a great job of removing the old sink and installing a new one without damaging any of the surrounding tiles. We really appreciate Polite Plumbers in their speedy communication, easiness to deal with, and top quality workmanship. Definitely recommend!

My kids love the vans and logos. Quick and responsive communication. Work was done very quickly too. No major jargon or expensive bills. They turned up early figured out the issue and did the job, also fixing an additional issue with my other bathroom. No hard sell, no nickel diming you for every little thing. Reaosnable price. These guy are great would recommend.
