I came in for a full colour, style cut, ghd finish and brow tinting - I hadn't done my hair for 2 years because I had bad experience after bad experience at previous salons - I left Kess Otahuhu feeling 5 years younger and so happy with my results 😅🙌
From the moment I walked in and was greeted, the consultation process, the colour wash and cut and the styling.. I was listened to, heard and consulted with to be sure I was happy with the plan for my hair and results. Will defs be back!

Lovely environment, ladies were welcoming. All things required for my hair was done thoroughly and well. The head massage was very good. I was also given info on how to use the blue shampoo because of my dyed hair. I will be visiting this place again to use their services 😊 I have given this place five stars.

The staff at Kess Express were so welcoming and professional. I had wanted peekaboo colour style done in ocean colours. One of the colours I'd wanted was out of stock, but instead of just offering an alternative, they went to their supplier while my hair was getting bleached to get the colour for me. Really above and beyond service and the colour turned out beautifully!

Watch out for pricing, some could overcharge you. Also some inexperienced, the owner/manager is my go to because she knows how to do my eyebrows and what is expected. Be warned, they tend to speak in their own language over you when doing eyebrows and they all have ear pieces they talk through when delivering service, which I find really rude.

The service was excellent and will recommend to anyone. They did an excellent job with my hair as first time have foil in my hair. They blends very well
