I visited Sculpt Nail Salon at Newmarket today after a year, hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately, for the second time, I left feeling very unsatisfied.
I specifically asked for chrome nails and carefully chose my colour. The technician did not check whether the chrome colour was available before starting. After completing all the prep and applying the base gel colour, she suddenly told me to choose another chrome colour,without even apologising.
The problem was that I had chosen my options based on the base gel colour she had already applied. I clearly explained that I did not want another chrome colour and asked her to change the entire gel colour instead. She ignored this, walked away, came back, and again said, “Sorry, can you choose another chrome colour?”
That response was frustrating and unprofessional. Proper consultation and communication should happen before starting the service , not after everything is already done. I felt dismissed as a customer, and my preference was not respected.
Sadly, this was my second disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning. I came home with my ugly nails! Not recommended!

My first experience at Sculpt Nails today was superb! I came in with an inspo photo and my artist followed it with impressive attention to detail! She also gave recommendations and was very willing to make things how I wanted. The service was a builder gel infill. I will be back

I came 3 weeks ago and had my first nail art with Julie, I had such a great experience and decided to come back today. This is my new set of nails that we just finished and the service is just impeccable! Julie is very attentive, she listen to what you want and with her expertise she provides great advices a design too. Reasonable price and I’ll never go anywhere else from now on!

Very nice and friendly lady..I am not sure if this is is considered a good finish for DIP nails..not happy with finish. Litter tones are difficult to see errors inside salon be aware..

I've been coming here for last 8 months and been getting my nails by Julie. I am sooo impressed by her service and skills as a nail tech. She gets the job done to perfection every-time. Highly highly recommend.
