I would give zero stars if I could. I took my car here for a wash and paid an absurd amount. They told me it will take 2 hours so I expected something great. But they didn’t even properly cleaned the windshield, which is a pretty basic thing to clean. There are also some stains left behind on the bonnet and the back seats. If you want a service worth your money, I recommend choosing some other car wash.
Reply to your justification: How can you say $69 is not an absurd amount for someone else and what about the 2 hours you took. Even your basic service at $39 includes cleaning windshield and you haven’t done that properly for the $69 service. How can you justify that? Instead of blaming the customers for not choosing an expensive plan, focus on doing what you offer.

I’ve been coming here a few times now and the service is always top-notch.
They do such a thorough job, and the location’s really handy too. I usually drop my car off over the weekend and wander around the nearby shops — timing works out perfectly.
Eddie looked after my car so well, from handover to finish. Really appreciate the care and attention. Highly recommend!

I’m not usually one to leave negative reviews, but after receiving no response from the owner via their tech/customer service, I feel I have no other option.
I was really disappointed with my experience today after booking the Prestige service. I booked via email the day before and received confirmation, however when I dropped my car off at the scheduled appointment time, the staff member had no record or awareness of my booking, which suggested some internal communication issues from the outset.
After approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes, I received a text saying the car was ready. On the way home, after stopping for petrol, I noticed that several marks on the exterior (which were present before and were minimal to begin with, as I keep my car very clean) were still clearly visible. More disappointing was the interior: the one noticeable mark I specifically wanted addressed (in an otherwise spotless interior) was also still there.
Overall, it appeared the car received a very generic splash-and-rinse wash, with little to no attention to detail. This is not what I expected from a Prestige service. For $144, this was extremely poor value and felt like a complete waste of both money and a trip to Newmarket. What was done is something I genuinely could have done myself!
Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Went for the prestige wash and the car looks absolutely spotless afterwards.
The inside detailing was fantastic and there was absolutely no streaks whatsoever on the windows both inside and out.
Car looks like new!
Really pleased with the service. I think it’s pretty good value for money.
Would definitely recommend.

I’ve taken my car here a few times now, and the service is consistently excellent. The team is friendly, quick, and always pays attention to the details. My car comes out spotless every time. Highly recommend their service!
