I have been going to The Physio Co since October this year after suffering a trimalleolar ankle fracture. I was first seen by the Nina, had a session with Eden, and am now being looked after by the Kaylah. My experiences with each of these wonderful ladies has been nothing short of amazing! Their knowledge, empathy and understanding of the depth of my injury has made me feel safe and without a doubt, comforted knowing that I am in good hands.
When I first visited the clinic, I was in a moon boot and on a knee scooter and I felt like I would never be able to walk again. Their support and reassurance has been hugely instrumental in my quicker-than-expected progress, and I cannot say thank you enough to Nina, Eden and Kaylah.
I have also had a few acupuncture sessions with Hugh, who has also been amazing in helping manage the pain and swelling of my ankle. His friendly and knowledgable approach in explaining how and why acupuncture is so effective in rehab, has been very much appreciated! What a great team you all are!!
While I still have a long way to go, I am back on both feet, have returned to work and am driving again. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

Have been going to Physio Co for a while now, highly recommend the team. It's great to find physios that understand the type of training I do, and can help to get back to carrying out functional fitness. I work for the emergency services and it great to have the ability to schedule in appointments around my shifts. The appointment rooms are clean and spacious and the recovery gym has everything you need.
Glad to of found a great physio.

Eden is amazing! With professionalism, care, and confidence, she helped my daughter, a competitive gymnast, with multiple pains—shoulder, leg, hip… I highly recommend her with my eyes closed! Thank you so much for the excellent work!

Danni is not only down-to-earth but also incredibly skilled at what she does. I have been a patient of Eden's for several years as is my family. Eden is absolutely the best. I have a chronic health condition and her regular treatments and exercise program have made a huge difference to my quality of life. I can't recommend The Physio Co highly enough for any age.
