Their knowledge is absolutely astounding - their expertise with lymphatic therapy is second to none, they're clearly passionate about what they do and very caring. It shows in every treatment. The clinic itself is beautiful and calming, plus plenty of parking which is always appreciated when you're not feeling 100%.

Everybody about to get or who has just had surgery needs to go and see Cristina! When I walked in 4 days post op I was in absolute distress and discomfort, I didn’t feel at all prepared for what happened to my body as a result of having surgery. She priorities post op patients and the night I messaged her she was in touch and had sorted me an appointment for the very next day. After the first appointment my swelling was already down and she had told me exactly what I needed to do to help my body get back to normal. I did exactly what she said and it transformed me from hardly walking to bursting with energy in the space of 4 days. I’m sleeping better, my digestion has improved, and I’m feeling more like my usual self. I had planned to have 5 lymphatic drainage massages post surgery, but Cristina told me when I went back today that I only needed two. She is honest, she is genuinely caring and she is wise. She’s given me the tools I need to manage my healing and now it’s up to me to use them (I most definitely will be). I seriously couldn’t recommend her more and I’m so grateful that we have crossed paths.

Been coming for a few months now, after a year of several surgeries this has been what I look forward to each month. Cristina is so professional and caring and I've definitely felt improvement especially in my movement now, feel less weighted down.
Lovely clinic too very relaxing and peaceful.

I lived 34 years with undiagnosed lipeodema until I stumbled upon the condition and found Lagom Clinic to set me on a path of conservative care and management. Even after my first MLD therapy, my legs felt remarkably lighter. Cristina's care also extends far beyond her MLD therapy (which in and of itself is fantastic); she provides a comprehensive evidence-based treatment plan informed by the most up-to-date research. Best medical help I’ve received for my post op condition. Experienced and so sensible. Great advice and a respectful sensitive service. The machine which is able to measure what is actually happening in your body gives valuable information which you couldn’t get anywhere else. Worth every penny.
