Called to ask for specifically chest and stomach wax and quoted me 60 bucks which was fine but when I reached there and in between the treatment they mentioned it will be more and charged me 75 bucks. Not professional and ethical.
On top of extra charges, waxing was not good. A lot of small hair still left and did not bother to make it any better.
Other branches of Caci are good. I would suggest you to go to Botany branch which was the best in my opinion but this branch…. avoid at all cost.

Imogen is definitely one of the best skin therapist around - has really worked hard to get my sounds barrier repaired and is working her magic with needling too. I have been to other similar Clinics and can 100% vouche for Caci St Lukes.

I initially worked with Catheryn, my skin specialist, who left a lasting impression on me. She was an amazing therapist—friendly, caring, and always took the time to explain the specifics of my skin's needs. Unfortunately, she moved abroad, but I will never forget her service.
Currently, Neetu is my specialist, and she is absolutely amazing. Neetu is a humble and skilled professional who goes above and beyond. She not only treats my skin but also spends time discussing how stress can impact it, providing valuable advice on self-care. I appreciate her thoughtful approach and our little conversations, which make each visit enjoyable and insightful.
I highly recommend Caci Clinic for anyone looking to start or enhance their skincare routine. The team is incredible, and both Catheryn and Neetu have made a significant positive impact on my skin
