Today I had my hair coloured and got a haircut from Kess Express Otahuhu. It was a wonderful experience also the service is very nice. My hairs are looking great too. Prices are also genuine. The owner of the store is such a nice and sweet lady. Overall it was a satisfactory experience for me. 🤗 Will definitely visit again and again for other services too.

Fantastic service from Jay, and Dee! My hair length is just below the shoulder. I got ash blonde balayage & a style cut. Great friendly service; they stayed back late to finish my hair and made sure I was comfortable- I’ll definitely be back!

I got a keratin hair straightening. The workers were friendly, made sure I was feeling okay with the smell of the strong chemicals, gave me a mask too. Told me all the steps in detail about how to mantain the straightening. My hair feels so nice, light, and smooth. It does go a little wavy for me, but it's a nice beach wavy, and goes back to the way it was after straightening it. And I think it goes wavy because I didn't try as much to follow the steps on how to mantain tbe straightness. Overall, I am very happy with my hair, I can finally go in the rain without stressing about the straightening I'm going to have to do later, and the workers were very friendly towards me, thank you!!

Lovely environment, ladies were welcoming. All things required for my hair was done thoroughly and well. The head massage was very good. I was also given info on how to use the blue shampoo because of my dyed hair. I will be visiting this place again to use their services 😊 I have given this place five stars.

I got the keratin smoothing treatment since I wasn’t able to get the permanent straightening. The service overall was great but they said they’d cut $10 off the shampoo and conditioner price but turns out I paid full price instead so lowkey got scammed but Alguds. Haven’t washed out my hair yet so I’ll see if I can update once it’s washed out. Ladies r so nice there and very very social
