Great gym with new, clean equipment. Has pilates, physio, and massage on site also. The price is great too, for less than a cheap bottle of wine a week I can put my membership on hold at anytime and cancel with no cost. Highly recommend!

Lovely small gym, with supportive staff. Has everything needed for a good workout and they are never crowded. Jess has been amazing in supporting me returning to my gym journey. Highly recommended.

This gym is pristine and outfitted with top-of-the-line equipment that looks brand new. It is owner-operated with exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly staff. I'm really enjoying my workouts here.

I’ve had two Pilates classes here so far—my first time ever doing Pilates—and I absolutely love it! Heather and Jesse are both so lovely and make me feel really comfortable. The classes are small (only five people max), so you get lots of personal attention to help with your form. I think I’m officially a Pilates girlie now!!

This is an amazing Gym, and so are the staff.
The gym space and bathroom are clean, and well maintained.
I left another gym that I was practically paying $1/day for 24/7 access, to join this gym.
While this gym is smaller and doesn't have as much equipment. It has everything I need to complete my work outs without feeling that I've lost workout volume.
Also the fact that it's always clean, the members are considerate to put away the gear they use, and the bathrooms are clean.
The gym is never packed to the point that I'm waiting for equipment, not forced to change my routine.
I am grateful for this gym, I'm only annoyed I didn't join sooner.
