Hubby and I recently discovered this little wellness gem and we’re still floating from the experience. We booked a floatation session and the ozone steam sauna, and both were a great experience. The float tank is spotless, the water temperature perfect and the ozone sauna is unexpectedly quite pleasant.
What really made the visit special, though, was the owner. She’s incredibly warm, genuinely caring, and you can tell she’s passionate about what she does. She took the time to explain everything, checked in to make sure we were comfortable in the sauna, and shared some really helpful insights. Her calm energy sets the tone for the entire place – it feels like a true sanctuary.
The whole space is serene and welcoming, and you leave feeling lighter in body and mind. If you’re looking for proper relaxation and someone who actually cares about your well-being, this is it. Already counting down the days until we both go back!

I booked an appointment for the floatation therapy, and loved the atmosphere of the room and the pod, it was deeply relaxing. Kristen was lovely and ensured I was comfortable. I would highly recommend the Longevity Wellness Centre, especially to take a moment out of your day in the busiest time of the year!

This clinic is a gem to have here on the Coast & Kristin is fabulous! As someone who suffers from chronic illness, the clinic has done wonders for my pain management. I thoroughly enjoy contrast therapy, red light therapy & the ozone steam sauna. The differences I've noticed even after a couple of sessions has been incredible! Kristin is extremely knowledgeable & does her research if she's unsure of certain things so that she's able to help to the best of her abilities. Please consider checking these guys out, I promise you won't regret it! Your body & mind will thank you

Had the most calming, relaxing, and peaceful experience doing the flotation therapy. I walked away feeling like I was in another world. Kristin was so welcoming and lovely which made the whole experience that much better!

Such a great place to have on The Coast!
Kristen is absolutely lovely and caring, and the services they provide are very reasonably priced and very broad.
Highly recommend the Red light therapy and ozone therapy. And I can't wait to try others in due course.
