I’ve just had two of my cars serviced. The service was very fast, which is appreciated. However, I’m curious about how the old engine oil is fully removed, and it would be great if this could be explained to customers for better transparency.
A few areas for improvement (my honest opinion):
1. Please ask customers first before topping up fluids. In my case, the brake fluid was topped up beyond the maximum level, and I had to remove about 35 ml to bring it back to the correct level.
Ask customers what oil level they prefer after the oil change.
2. Recommend air filter replacement only when necessary, rather than pushing for it.
3. Avoid rushing the job. When the service feels rushed, it can give the impression that the work may not have been done thoroughly.
Overall, the service was quick, but improving communication and attention to detail would make the experience much better.

It took 15 minutes. That was the fastest oil service i ever experienced.
$134.50 it was cheaper than other shop.
And the mechanic is so approachable and friendly.
