Thank You Hamid from The Rug Guru, he came right after I called, inspected my very dirty and very stained carpet. 3 weeks later, I am so impressed to see all have been cleaned and thoroughly washed. All my many years of my dogs’ pee stains have all been taken out, leaving it soft again and smelling so so good. It reminded me of how it looked when I bought it brand new 24 years ago. I had two old, very well used rugs cleaned and Hamid has done an amazing job. He was more reasonable in price than other places I contacted. And when I was finding them difficult to pick up, he delivered them to my home for no extra cost.

Hamid at The Rug Guru did the best job of repairing a family kilim. I'd lent it to someone who ruined it and I truly believed it would never be the same. Hamid did such a good job I literally can't tell where the stain even was. I highly recommend his services!
