Amazing work... A big thanks to Total Tradie Ltd We had an old deck, worn out and the nails coming off (our kids hardly went out on the old deck to play due to fear of hurting themselves.. they so much missed playing on the deck)… We knew we needed a new deck, but to find a reputed builder company delivering a quality job, was a bit of hunting…We looked at builders in market and they were not treating our needs or budget with enough consideration. When we started our journey towards a more comfortable deck, which looks and feels good; initially we were hesitating with other ideas such as knocking down the deck completely and concreting that portion/rebuilding. But we loved our home and didn’t want to incur unnecessary costs and inconveniences, so going for a new deck, firm timber with non-slitted slates was the best solution (as highly recommended by Total Tradies). With Total Tradies, we knew from the beginning that we were heard, and that the team would be capable of designing and building our dream deck on time and within budget. From our initial conversations with Anand (owner, who is the face and handled all communications) through to his team/crew, our interactions have exceeded expectations and we can’t recommend Total Tradies enough to our friends and anyone out there looking for quality build jobs be it a deck or anything to do with home renovations. We now have a deck to enjoy our morning breakfast on.. Kids love playing on the new deck… Thank you again and keep up the awesome work team@ Total Tradies.

Signed up and they required a $500 "Confirmation fee" All correspondence through Facebook messenger. The next day tried to call them and the phone number doesn't work and no response via their email. Finally get a response back on messenger saying "I had to leave the country" I immediately requested a full refund. He refused to refund the money.
